- Rock The Block©: Increase flexibility, aid in relaxation, improve core strength, and improve one’s general over all heath
- Idou Fuu: Builds muscle strength, increases bone-density, lowers blood pressure and much more (COMING SOON)
- Energia : Cardio Kickboxing: An open handed non stop kick boxing class, which stresses movement, balance, conditioning and space/body awareness.
- Walking with Socrates: A long walk, at exercise speed. Burn fat, tone up and build that grey matter.
- Phrog Legs: Legs, Butt, thighs, Abs, Chest, Back, Arms and Core.
- Phrog Zumba: Dance-based fitness
- Pi Tai: A combination of Pilate’s mat work and Tai Chi Chaun
